One of the most defining features of the NEW Epson Stylus Pro 11880 Printer is its revolutionary MicroPiezo TFP print head technology. The thin film piezo technology offered in the Stylus Pro 11880 is extremely effective in controlling the curvature of every ink droplet in each individual nozzle before releasing it onto the paper or canvas. Through a number of innovative methods, this feature provides the highest possible quality printing in the industry

Printing on Canvas - Gallery Wrapped Block Canvas

Image Title
Printing on to canvas and gallery wrapped around a stretcher frame is a very popular choice for displaying artwork. The canvas we use is a polycotton High White 350gsm Archival quality canvas making it ideal for the reproduction of photographic images and artwork where high detail is required, whilst still retaining the qualities of a true canvas.
After printing, we heat-seal a UV resistant film over the image using a HotPress capable of holding images up to 8ft x 4ft, to protect your artwork from the rigours of daily life.
It is then stretched by hand over a triangular finger jointed & laminated 40mm or 30mm pine frame (deeper frames are available too), stapled on the back, finished with tape and  either strung or a flush fitting hanging system added.

Printing for Photographers 180gsm and 260gsm

Image Title
We have an economical 180gsm photo matt paper that we use for printing when the image is being framed by us. It’s a lighter weight paper with a high white matt finish where we use a matt black instead of photo black ink for printing. This gives the blacks a very dark, almost sooty look, which is then enhanced behind the glass leaving a rich smooth finish to the picture. The paper is also used when producing our “Floater” frames. ( information can be found under the “Framing” tab)

We stock two papers in the photographic range, both are 260gsm papers, one a gloss the other a Satin. As the title suggests these are more suited to photographic printing, but we are happy to print any image on either paper!
Any other photographic papers can be ordered if required.
